How To Use:
Apply liberally & evenly to all unprotected areas of the skin 20 minutes prior to sun exposure
Re-apply every 2 hours, especially after exercise, perspiration, swimming & towel drying
Always wear protective clothing, hats & eyewear when exposed to the sun & avoid prolonged exposure to the sun
On an average sized adult, one cupped adult hand (30ml to 40ml) of sunscreen should be applied
This is the equivalent of at least 1 teaspoon for each limb, front & back of the body & half a teaspoon for the face, neck & ears.
